Bayford Studios features a purpose built 600 Square foot professional recording studio located North of London, in Hertfordshire, featuring the best modern digital tools.
Music is our passion, and we focus on making a beautiful sound in an intimate setting.
Jazz bands and brass ensembles particularly enjoy recording in our live room.
Originally fully kitted out with Fostex reel to reel and 2 inch tape analogue gear, now the studio has been fully digitally upgraded with all the latest equipment.
We have 32 channel recording with two 16 Channel Digital Presonus StudioLive 16.4.2 Desks with A Class Preamps and Logic Pro X on Apple Mac.
We have a fine selection of excellent microphones including:

Full range of analogue outboard FX racks including compressors and reverb units, however we prefer to use the onboard effects within Logic and its plug-ins,
including Space Designer Reverb and Melodyne.

Yamaha G1 Baby Grand Piano is available. Please advise if this is required so that it can be tuned by our experienced tuner.
